CNC Milling Services

At H&W Tool Company, we have served our industrial customers with quality and integrity since 1964. We are proud to offer state-of-the-art CNC milling, performed by our team of experts on advanced machinery. We offer a number of machining processes, including drilling, boring, tapping, counterboring, countersinking, pocketing, reaming, and profiling. Our machinery is capable of reaching tolerances of ± 0.0002", and accommodates workpieces of various dimensions, including lengths up 64", widths up to 23", and heights up to 18". Our facility has 5-axis equipment and features three-jaw and four-jaw chuck fixturing. The UMC-750 is a 5-axis 40-taper vertical machining center with 30" x 20" x 20".  The machine is a powerful 8100-rpm inline direct-drive spindle driven by a 30-horsepower vector drive system, and comes with a 40+1 tool side-mount tool changer.  Milling operations can accommodate a number of standard and exotic metals, such as carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel, Inconel, hastelloy, cobalt chrome, titanium, and high nickel & chrome based alloys. The quality of our work is reflected in the thorough inspection methods we offer, including a faro arm, CMM machines, and gages. We are proud to be ISO 13485:2016, AS 9100D and ISO 9001:2015, Nadcap AC7004, Nonconventional Machining (EDM), Nonconventional Machining (NJ), Nadcap Nonconventional Machining (OH). With volumes ranging from prototypes to medium production runs, our work is done with lead times from 1 to 12 weeks, depending on the project.
